Plan -1 : Approval Required from Authority. (Such as RAJUK, CDA,KDA,RDA etc Authority, Same as Pourosova)

plan -2 : electric construction line. (DESCO, Pollibiddut, NWES etc)

plan -3 : water construction line.(WASA)

plan -4 : site cleaning. (Old Construction sale or cleaning)

plan -5 : Proper soil test.

plan -6 : drawings complete (Architectural Drawings. Structural Drawings. Electrical Drawings. Plumbing Drawings.)

plan -7 : making sheds. Guard Room, Labor Room, Material Stock Shed. Toilet (Water Connection, Sewerage Connection..), Kitchen (GAS Connection..).

plan -8 : agreement with Contractor. (RCC Contractor, Electrical Contractor,
Plumbing Contractor)

02. Draw construction line as per Minimum Setback.
03. Divide-2 , For two unit each floor.
04. Sketch - Stair, drawing room, Bed Room, Dining room, kitchen, toilets and veranda,
05. Set Door and window
06. Set Column .
07. Mirror both opposite side.
